. We mail out much more than just offers. We email out newsletters, surveys and receipts and POS verifications. These services allow us to keep an extremely high delivery rate. Our unsubscribe rate is below 1% and our retention rate of data is extremely high. We are not in the business of over emailing to subscribers and we communicate with our subscribers to ensure they are receiving the proper amount and types of communications. There is a delicate balance to properly matching offers to subscribers and keeping maximum exposure for the subscribers to the campaigns and matching conversions without jeopardizing the data file to unnecessary losses.
